Our team is comprised of 4 founding Executive board members and 14 appointed board members. Our board members have outstanding charactors and high profile integrity in the community as well as the neccesary proffessions vital in the smooth running of the orgamisation.

Implementation of our projects is at a committee level. These sit a number of times across the year as they deem fit.

the Annual General Assembly which comprises of all the board members sit once a year to evaluate, plan and set new objectives for the respective committee. In cases of change in the agenda or new proposals the board is called upon to sit.

Steering committees 

We have five steering committees convened for the accomplishement of our specific and main objectives of the organisation. These members are delived from the board and given responsibilty to lead and spear head the implementation of respective projects. Their main Role is to supervise workers under that project and to come up with new proposals subject to the general board for approval.

Our General Director supervises all the appointed committees for fluency, transparency, accountantabity, feasibility and stability.
